Control spellslinger deck built around Murmuring Mystic and Divine Visitation. I built this deck on a budget, but I already owned a copy of Settle the Wreckage so I included it. Both Settle and Slaughter the Strong are the only ways to fight Carnage Tyrant, so I would at least use two copies of Slaughter if you don't own Settle. General playstyle is digging through your deck to find Mystic while controlling the board with removal and counterspells. If you are playing control vs control wait until turn 6 to play Mystic so you can save mana for a counterspell.
