Budget Legacy/Vintage Lite Control

My very own 60 card non-singleton casual format, where EW/TE act as regular fetchlands and fetches for any basic land untapped. EW/TE lose one life when cracked, like regular fetchlands. Shocklands and other normally fetchable lands can be fetched by EW/TE as well but the condition for coming in untapped is ignored (lose life or check for basics) in order to emulate (budget) ABU lands with accuracy.

This format follows allows any number of relatively affordable rares/mythics and follows the Legacy banned list in terms of restriction, any banned card in Legacy is allowed as a singleton.
