This deck tries to squeeze ninja synergies into a faeries deck. Faeries want to keep drawing gas, and ninjas work really well for this because they also bring your spellstutter sprites, brazen borrowers, faerie seers, etc back to hand to use them again. Changeling Outcast and Unsettled Mariner are faeries to enable spellstutter sprite and also ninjas to work with ingenious infiltrator and draw more cards. They also give you a good number of wizards alongside faerie seer and spellstutter sprite, which could make it possible to play wizard's retort. Triple tribal!

I think there's a build of faeries that goes more all-in on the flyers plan that plays bitterblossom, scion of oona, the playset of lofty denial, and maybe even rally of wings as an efficient finisher and replaces the changeling outcasts and unsettled mariners with the bitterblossoms and some more 1-cmc flyers like Siren Stormtamer. Stormtamer is nice because it has evasion which allows it to go unblocked for ninjutsu, it's a flyer to enable lofty denial, it can counter spells that target your crucial ninjas, and is a wizard if you want to take the Wizard's Retort triple-tribal approach.
