Enchantment (1)

An old deck from the days of Gitaxian Probe, we have Blisterstorm using a (relatively) new inclusion of Blisterspit Gremlin. Blisterspit Gremlin + Paradise Mantle / Blistercoil Weird + Paradise Mantle are the combo engines, making all of your cantrips +/- 0 mana.

The goal of the deck is to chain together 1 drop cantrips, and eventually Grapeshot the opponent out of the game.

Making use of Thought Scour + Underworld Breach (along with Consider) we only have a net loss of 1 card in graveyard per iteration, while being a cheaper alternative to Past in Flames, although each time a card is put into hand, often being a 'free' cantrip.

The deck combos on turn 2 at the earliest if you can drop a blister turn 1 and then equip Paradise Mantle turn 2. If you're on the play you can get down both combo pieces turn 1. This dodges potential hand disruption, albeit opens yourself up to cheap artifact destruction and clues the opponent into the fact they need to answer the creature when they otherwise may not have.

With a ~24% chance to have both a Blister and Paradise Mantle, you will have the combo ~57% of the time by your third hand while mulliganing, at which point the deck can usually still chain enough cantrips, since in most cases you just need to hit an Underworld Breach before you run out of gas. It's also fairly safe to keep hands with only one of the combo pieces, as the deck has 18 1 mana non-conditional cantrips (in addition to Cerulean Wisps and Manamorphose), allowing you to dig fairly deep quickly to find the other half.

When actually comboing, it's ideal to use Blisterspit Gremlin over Blistercoil Weird as the gremlin triggers on all noncreatures, making Paradise Mantle and Underworld Breach +1 and -1 mana respectively. Manamorphose and Cerulean Wisps are usually how you net mana to cast Underworld Breach and eventually Grapeshot, which you can usually cast repeatedly from graveyard which plays around the likes of Weather the Storm.

I will say if you like storm decks, but don't want to think too much, this is certainly the deck for you as the deck is very much a one trick pony with a very linear gameplan, although I have won by beating down with creatures or pinging with gremlin, so you still have some room for play outside of the combo, although the deck is much weaker in that regard. While I'm on the topic of alternative gameplans, I will mention that this deck can probably make use of a transformative sideboard plan by having 4 Soul-Scar Mage, Monastery Swiftspear, and Mutagenic Growth in the sideboard as Blistercoil Weird fits right into a blitz deck.
