I have always loved Thopters so this is my first attempt at a modern build. This is my Grixis build with Thopter Spy Network, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, and hangarbackf walker as well as Thopter Foundry as the thopter generators. This is also semi budget so no Ensaring Bridge or Scalded Tarn .
