I would be careful with what you define as "card draw". Have a think about whether after casting it, you've gone up or down on how many cards you have left to be able to cast. Top deck manipulation is more on the card selection side, which is fine for the plan of putting dinosaurs on top for Gishath.
I would also separate your protection spells from your buff spells, since it's useful to know how much protection you have access to.
I would probably take out Temur Battle Rage as another card to cut for a land. Multiple sources of Double Strike are redundant, and this is probably the least useful one, since you can't set it up on board before you resolve Gishath unlike the others.
Also three green pips for Llanowar Tribe seems unlikely to hit reliably. This is one I would cut for a land.
Also I just thought about Hulking Raptor and Regal Behemoth which are dinosaurs that can help ramp out Gishath that you might like. Commander's Sphere and Chromatic Lantern are a tad on the slower side and could be replaced by these.
Gidgetimer on Separation of Become Anonymouses

You have to keep them separate. The exiled creature is only "anonymous" among the creatures that were in its pile.
708.6. If you control multiple face-down spells or face-down permanents, you must ensure at all times that your face-down spells and permanents can be easily differentiated from each other. This includes, but is not limited to, knowing what ability or rules caused the permanents to be face down, the order spells were cast, the order that face-down permanents entered the battlefield, which creature(s) attacked last turn, and any other differences between face-down spells or permanents. Common methods for distinguishing between face-down objects include using counters or dice to mark the different objects, or clearly placing those objects in order on the table.

If I cast Become Anonymous twice, targeting different creatures, I end up with two sets of cloaked creatures. Do I need to keep those sets separate? Should I be able to say which cloak came from the first cast and which came from the second, or does it not matter?

I think a significant reason we do not see as many fog effects today is because they produce absolutely terrible gameplay in Limited. Limited games are often characterized by close matchups where players incrementally chip away at opponents. Imagine the common limited board state - one player is building up their creatures to finish off another low on health, and does the math to make sure they punch through the damage. They are at a fairly high life total, because they have maintained a strong board state through the game.
Defending player declares no blockers and casts a Fog. Now they can attack for lethal, even if they were substantially down, all thanks to a single instant-speed card.
Even more so than the relatively fair existence of instant speed removal (which still means that defending player might need to risk and lose some blockers, meaning they have less power and less of a chance to blow out of the water a much higher life opponent), Fogs feel bad. No one wants to be crushing an opponent, then suddenly lose the game because their lethal swing opened the door to 20 power punching through.
Even at their most "fair" use, they typically prolong the inevitable by another full turn, which is also bad game design.
I used to play some Fog-based decks when I started - but, as time went by, I realized they typically only make the game worse. Looks like Wizards came to that realization also.

Pseudopod
Creature
Null (This creature has no subtype and cannot gain subtypes)
: Pseudopod cannot be blocked by creatures with exactly one subtype until end of turn.
: Pseudopod can block up to two creatures that have exactly two colors in their color identity this turn.
: Target creature with exactly three colors loses all abilities until end of turn.
: Place a stun counter on target creature for each creature subtype that creature has.
The Pseudopod was an unnerving creature. No one could agree on what it reminded them of, or what they each found unnerving about it.

I wanted to riff on creatures like AEtherling, Morphling, and the others.
Repeat, create another creature without any creature subtypes, or your own take on Asder's original prompt.
SaberTech on Mana Rocks or Mana Dorks?

DemonDragonJ, Looking at your Mimeoplasm deck I don't think that the sacrifice theme is heavy enough to want to put a bunch of mana dorks in for potential fodder. That being said, Devoted Druid is pretty good in Mimeoplasm in general and could potentially replace Commander's Sphere.
Mana dorks could have more synergy in Kresh since it has far more sacrifice effects. Looking through your list, I don't think that it has an overabundance of draw power that would make the "unlimited hand size" effect worth running a 3cmc rock like Decanter of Endless Water. I could see that being swapped out for Ignoble Hierarch.
The sacrifice theme in Teneb also looks only mildly supported, so I don't think that you get real solid advantages out of running mana dorks on that basis. You do have some ability to throw around +1/+1 counters though, so a dork is a mana source that could be buffed for damage later. I think that Devoted Druid could replace Decanter of Endless Water in this one. You have a fair number of 4 and 5 drops that a turn 2 Devoted Druid could help you cast on turn 3, and the various counters and anthem effects would help you squeeze a bit more mana out of it.

This deck looks pretty good! It reminds me of an Urza, Powerstone Prodigy Unearth deck I was on the brink of building before The Brothers' War rotated out.
Only thing that I find concerning for your deck is the inability to deal with graveyard hate. If you were to find a spot for any combination of Karn, the Great Creator and Revoke Existence in your deck and/or sideboard that should do it.

Idoneity thanks so much!! I do LOVE Refurbish, that’s perfect. I’ve tried to limit the physical size of the antiques (ancient artifacts like Colossus of Sardia is as old as anything, but can’t sit on a shelf) so I’m probably going to miss out on the scarecrows. Even suits of armor, like Haunted Plate Mail, barely missed the cut. If commander ran on 200 or 300 cards then I’d be getting a lot more swords and other cool things, but I’m trying to zero in on things that are more… I don’t want to say ‘worthless’ but definitely more trinkets and oddities than cool combat-ready badassery. It makes the deck WAY worse at killing opponents, obviously, but it makes wins with Metrognome a lot more hilarious. I’m really glad you enjoyed the deck. That’s the real win I’m always shooting for!

Hello 0okm9ijn! Thank you for recognising the flaw on the lands. Yes. You're right and sorry for this late reply. But as the time goes by, I got rid of it out without thinking about Prismatic Vista. I change it into Morphic Pool now. Again, thank you.

Considering your deck is not entirely budget anymore, why not add Purphoros, God of the Forge as well? Very effective though a bit of an expensive choice, of course. Weftstalker Ardent could also be nice in a similar way. Speaking of non-budget options, some really effective stuff in here could also be Roaming Throne (to double all your tribal trigger benefits) and maybe Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might Flip (to vastly increase Kreat's damage output for every critter popping onto the battlefield).
I've got a Purph-Gobbo build that features some additional combos, requiring only a few extra cards in this deck (sometimes none at all). Maybe it has something you like.
