Vehicular Wolfslaughter

Standard* Aggro Artifact Werewolf

Tremblayk19

Sideboard

I made this deck in like 30 minutes after seeing that Lupine Prototype was tcgplayers featured card. My first standard deck. Any suggestions are welcome.

The Lineup:
Lupine Prototype : The designated driver. He is a 2 drop Artifact and at 5/5 he is able to crew all of the Kaladesh Vehicles and though he typically cannot attack on his own, cards like Prey Upon and Moonlight Hunt make him a worthy foe.

Lambholt Pacifist   : with Lupine Prototype in play she can attack as soon as she is able. When your board is set and all you have to do is crew, it is easy to get her to transform.

Kessig Prowler   : a good one drop at 2/1 regardless of his transformation. However, late game, when you have the mana or if you are holding off for Lambholt Pacifist   he becomes the perfect option.

Silverfur Partisan: This guy may be a 3 drop for a 2/2 but his triggered ability creating a wolf token works in instances of a) my opponent trying to remove any of my wolves, and b) my own fight spells (except for Moonlight Hunt ), which make this guy pretty beastly.

Foundry Inspector: A nice utility card to help storm the field with Lupine Prototype , Verdurous Gearhulk, any vehicle.

Verdurous Gearhulk: A good card and a possible wincon.

The Rides:
(This section has done some changing around as I've tried to come up with the most fitting combination, but is still subject to change)
Smuggler's Copter: Drawing and flying 2 drop and 1 crew, bring it out, crew it during opponent's turn and use it to block, and draw a card? Broken and now BANNED.

Fleetwheel Cruiser : Great for its speed. Comes into the battlefield as a creature and has trample.

Skysovereign, Consul Flagship: 5 drop 3 crew, takes care of some pesky Planeswalkers when it ETB. Pretty basic stats.

Peacewalker Colossus : A fair replacement for the Copter here. It allows for a higher vehicle ratio.

In short, this deck performed wonders about 50% of the time.

At FNM it played nearly perfectly of the four rounds I was there I was able to take down RG energy, RW vehicles, but lost to a different RG energy deck. I was able to make it into the top 8 before dropping.

Game Day went poorly. Drew bad hands and was stuck with two mana for a whole game (which lasted a while). Played against multiple Grixis decks, and also Bant and Spirit decks which I had to deal with Thing in the Ice  Flip and Archangel Avacyn  Flip both are tough match-ups.

Concluding thoughts: My wolves are, at the moment, inconsistent, but very fun. I appreciate any thoughts and will continue to work with the deck to try to smooth out the kinks.
