This is a deck I came up with a few days ago. I saw the card Contamination and thought about making a mono black Sidisi, Undead Vizier deck to make it stupidly good in, but decided that there weren't enough legacy decks using it.

Turn 1:

The best play would be a Thoughtseize to get an idea of what your opponent is going to do, however this would be if you were on the play.

Turn 2:

In the second turn you need to either play a Dark Confidant (if you don't have a bitterblossom) and if you do play a Bitterblossom. Or if you need to kill something with Fatal Push do that.

Turn 3:

This is where we need the lock to work, hopefully you have a Bitterblossom by this point so you have repeated sac fodder for Contamination, and use whatever ramp (Dark Ritual or Cabal Ritual) to play what you need to.

Turn 4: If the locks not in play find a way to play it for the love of god.

The Ideal play on turn 4 is a Phyrexian Obliterator, but an Desecration Demon would be good if you're losing. Use one of these two to start diminishing the life total of your enemy.

If they are running a very creature or Zoo based deck, you need to play a Damnation too even the playing field.

Now contamination may not seem like a lock, but most decks in legacy are 3-5 colored. This means that most of there decks would be completely useless when contamination is in play.
