Changing Our Focus (Slightly) — Sept. 22, 2020

After chatting a bit with defamagraphy1, I've had some time to think over the deck a bit more and I've come to a conclusion.

I need to drop the pet cards!! I'm sure this happens to everyone, but dropping pet cards is very hard. And so, I must say farewell to Teferi, Master of Time and Brazen Borrower.
We're changing the focus a bit more to a Cruel Control kind of deck. Since we're not running Cruel Ultimatum, obviously, I'm not going to put it under that hub. But we do want to stop our opponents from playing powerful spells, destroy their creatures/enchantments/artifacts, and we do want to swing in with a Dream Trawler or cast an Inspired Ultimatum for the win.

I also took out a few cards that didn't really fit our strategy (Magmatic Channeler) and changed the quantities around. Now running 3x Essence Scatter and 4x Neutralize.
