Sad Keanu (Modern MTG Deck)

This deck was a idea i came up with late at night when i heard madness was coming back in the SOI block. Due to this i needed madness triggers that wasn't gonna cost me a arm and a leg. So i looked in my binder to find my first mythic. Tibalt. Using him more as a discard engine then a chance to draw a card that isn't a land was the way towards making this deck. The deck currently as the list is the list i am running however i will provide the budget alternatives and what i replace over the time i play this deck. I am always looking for feedback on this because i wanna make the deck better and have fun with it.
