I haven't been able to post a deck lately, meaning I've had a lot of time to think about this particular deck, and I've been really excited to brew. Basically, you get lots of elementals on the field, garnering loads of value off of Risen Reef and dealing damage via Omnath, Locus of the Roil. Also, don't forget our spicy Risen Reef + Zendikar's Roil combo!! At the top of our curve we're running Genesis Ultimatum, which can reveal any number of amazing things off the top of our deck! And, after much searching, I have finally found a good 1-drop card for the deck, in terms of creatures: Akoum Hellhound. And Risen Reef + that = Happiness!!

I also want to say that I have lately been looking into building more competitive decks. I would like to fine-tune this deck, while still keeping it budget, and have my little elementals deck really be worthy of being in the "Competitive" hub. For now, I have it as one of the hubs because that's where I want it to get. Thanks to all who suggest anything.
