The Jeskai Dragon Monks are here, utilizing Elsha of the Infinite and a host of flexible instants and sorceries to allow the monk tribe to excel. Monastery Swiftspear provides early game pressure, Soulfire Grand Master allows your damage-dealing spells like Fiery Impulse to deal double duty with lifelink, and Monastery Mentor will create fodder for blockers, creating 1/1 white monk tokens with every noncreature spell used. The land count may seem low, however that's where Jwari Disruption   comes in to help provide mana where it is needed or a counterspell when you already have the mana needed.
