i own bout 30% of this deck not including lands and i dont care bout budget just dont go crazy and add gaeas cradle

For draw think about Mind's Eye , Staff of Nin , Greater Good , and if you use alot of ramp Recycle will be one of your favorite cards.

Blinkers for your deck could be great with greater good. Changeling Berserker , Changeling Titan

Genesis Hydra is not banned. EDH rules site click banlist. Prophet of Kruphix is the only new addition.

Just double checked, you're correct. However, I personally believe that the superior Genesis Wave, only costing 1 CMC more would work really well in here instead, as it would let you pull out a bunch more token engines.
