low budget effecient milling deck

i know i should add 2x Jace, Memory Adept i just don't have them at the moment

idk if i should add the Cyclonic Rift in main board since i usually mill my opponent out on turn 7-8, unless i get massively counter spelled i never hit the 7 mana for its overload cost
