This is a budget take on American Delver. Use your counterspells and Remands to control the early game and pop out a Delver of Secrets   or a Young Pyromancer and then beat down with your numerous win cons. Also Isochron Scepter for mad value. Put on a Silence or a Remand/Mana Leak or even a Lightning Helix and just shut them down or burn them out.

This deck needs a bit of refinement, and a somewhat better spell breakdown.

A Dragonlord Dromoka is a pain in the posterior to deal with.
