I've been playing this deck at my local FNM, and it tends to do well but is very metagame dependent. I find myself bringing in Thalia in every matchup, as it is such a powerhouse at slowing down any cascades, archmage's charms, burn, or removal that I have experimented with playing Thalia mainboard.

With Unholy Heat, Ragavan, and Dragon's Rage Channeler being so prevalent in the metagame I think another good change to this deck would be to remove the 3x Birds of Paradise and the 4x Noble Hierarch to add in 4x Prismatic Ending and some combination of Mana Leak and possibly Force of Negation to be a more tempo/control deck instead of going for turn 3 Collected Company, which rarely happens with so much removal around.

Maul of the Skyclaves has been an all star in this deck. If I get an early stoneforge and I'm not about to die on board I will go for Skyclaves every time. Dragon's Rage Channeler is the main flier to worry about in the format and with Skyclaves giving first strike it's no problem and can be a blocker in a pinch.
