What will hopefully be an oppressive PEDH deck using Hare Apparent to make an overwhelming number of creatures to count toward player removal while the command zone keeps options stocked, though the 98 is not without card draw ir advantage.

As the mana curve is so low, the mana base is designed to filter lands out of the deck or cycle to ensure drawing only gas later in the game when a good number of lands have already been obtained.

Budget friendly if you ignore the Hare Apparents.
