This is my take on a modern UWR control deck. It is more aimed toward FNM and less competitive tournaments as it is a budget version. It utilizes telling time to set up draws and some miracle cards for control. The finishers are either dropping more than one lightning angel or miracle casting entreat the angels in the late game. Burn to death is also an option.
