A blue/red deck based around Talrand, and playing lots of instants and sorceries. It can win either through Sphinx-Bone Wand or Grapeshot, or by just attacking with the large amount of drakes you create. Still working out the kinks though.

I modified the original idea, and now it's a more burn focused storm deck.
