Using Goblin Electromancers and Baral, Chief of Compliance to make instant and sorcery spells cost 1 less.

The goal of the deck is to draw or tutor Tunneling Geopede or Valakut Exploration or Spitfire Lagac. Since there are 9 copies of "card that hurts the opponent's life total for 1 damage per landfall," the chance of drawing one in the opening hand is very positive.

In an ideal situation there would be at least one copy of either Baral, Chief of Compliance or Goblin Electromancers in play, however, they are not needed to win. With any two damage dealing cards in play you can win with one cast of scapeshift if you have 7 lands, because of Evolving Wilds:

Sac seven, put new seven in including evolving wilds, is does 7x2=14 damage, then sac the evolving wilds and hit an additional 4 landfall triggers x2 damage cards = 8 more damage for a total of 24 damage. There is something like a 30-40 percent chance that you can have two damage dealers draw by turn 4, but the Chance math gets tricky because other cards like Finale of Devestation can tutor Tunneling Geopede directly to the battlefield. There is a chance that the tutor might cost less mana because of cards like Goblin Electromancers and Baral, Chief of Compliance, and also there is a bunch of can-trip cards which allow you to draw more cards (hopefully during turns 1-3,) and put additional lands on the battlefield: Growth Spiral, Joint Exploration, and Eureka Moment.

An ideal draw situation might go

Turn 2 Goblin Electromancers turn 3 Joint Exploration with kicker paid only costs 2 land taps because of electromancers, and allows the playing of another land, which ideally would allow you to play either Growth Spiral or another Goblin Electromancers or Baral, Chief of Compliance turn 4 You'd now have 6 lands in play with all sorcery spells casting 1 less or 5 in play with all costing 2 less. On turn 4 you'd play 1 Tunneling Geopede and Scapeshift the opponent for half of their starting life total. or wait until turn 5 and Scapeshift with 2 threats in play.

Cool tricks: Don't forget you can use Finale of Devestation to fetch Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  , if you want to flashback a copy of Scapeshift from the graveyard. Because of the ramp spells Mindswipe is particularly effective, it also combos with Baral, Chief of Compliance to draw a card.

Creative Outburst Is a way to try and draw Scapeshift while doing 5 damage. Potentially a lethal combo, but very mana intensive.
