Pretty simple question... Sunstrike Legionnaire is on the BF and I cast Release the Dogs... due to the timing of everything my assumption would be that I can only use the Legionnaire's tap ability once for the spell, but I can't seem to find any info one this. My hope is that I can use it for each Dog that enters the battlefield, but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance! :)

Midnight Guard does not create an infinite combo with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker. Midnight Guard only untaps himself not Kiki-Jiki, so at most you could only produce one token off of him. Instead of Midnight Guard I'd recommend replacing him with Village Bell-Ringer which will always untap Kiki-Jiki whenever you make a copy of him.
If on the other hand you want to make an infinite combo with Midnight Guard, you would need to enchant him with Splinter Twin or Elemental Mastery as the haste token he would produce would untap him and allow him to use his ability again repeatedly. This combo would also work with Sunstrike Legionnaire as it has the same untap text in case you want to run a second Midnight Guard.
Regardless however Village Bell-Ringer is the card you would need to combo off with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker.

Midnight Guard or Sunstrike Legionnaire with Presence of Gond makes an infinite token combo. and your Juniper Order Ranger can become infinitely big, even if something causes your creatures to get -1/-1 such as 2 Curse of Death's Hold Juniper still gets infinitely big because the token creature still technically comes out, even if it dies right away and you just need a quick trample push with something such as Rancor. I have many times used the token combo, and simply saying i use gond to tap sunstriker, create a token, untap sunstriker, use gond to tap striker, create a token, and repeat it (drops bag of 5000 beads on the table) this many times, to symbolize the token creatures.
