I feel like you should have a single copy of Fires of Yavimaya or Gruul War Chant since your in gruul but not using these powerful supports and maybe a couple Rancors instead of 4 Senseless Rage

Here are a few suggestions that might help: Bloodmad Vampire < Waste Not, Incorrigible Youths < Solemn Simulacrum, Twins of Maurer Estate < Azra Oddsmaker, Violent Eruption < Sweltering Suns, Fiery Temper < Rakdos Signet , Senseless Rage < Underworld Breach, Distemper of the Blood < Sol Ring, Call to the Netherworld < Animate Dead, Alchemist's Greeting < Blasphemous Act
Only other thoughts are ramp/fixing/wraths may be low.

First of all, I would say Get the 4X Heir of Falkenrath Flip 2CMC for a Free madness enabler with 3/2 Flying? That card is Busted.
While I really love Ravenous Bloodseeker He is much better if you use Senseless Rage with it.
Lightning Axe needs to be mainboard, madness enabler and 5 damage to a creature can kill pretty much anything in current standard. Meanwhile Dead Weight is...hmmm Just as it's name says.
At the moment, you have too many madness cards and not enough enablers.
Also, Just like you said, some more 1 drop would definetly help.

You're going to want a small amount of removal. The usual Bogles deck is GW and so has 3-4 Path to Exile. In your case I'd run 3-4 Lightning Bolt to remove problem creatures (infect, mainly) but also to give you reach when your opponent is low.
I'm not wild about some of your auras, either, because they don't grow your Bogles large enough to both provide a real clock and to prevent them from trading if blocked. Looking for cheap auras that buff in RG, I see:Senseless Rage, Maniacal Rage, Infectious Bloodlust, Goblin War Paint. You can also consider Taste for Mayhem and Dust Corona for power buffs that don't boost toughness, if needed.

Madness? This is SPARTA!
The deck seems pretty solid, though I'd make a few changes.
First of all, add at least two more Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet. He is the single best vampire in standard, and a great way to top out your curve. He can easily win games on his own.
You also have a number of cards in the deck which are very mediocre at best.
Stensia Masquerade - Classic "win more" card. I would never play more than one of them if any.
Senseless Rage - Its and Aura. We don't like getting 2-for-1ed
Macabre Waltz - The vampire deck doesn't want to spend cards and mana playing a grindy game. Just attack. If your attackers die, make more. Not worth a card slot.
Murderous Compulsion - Too situational. If you're getting attacked, you're probably in bad shape anyway. Grasp of Darkness or Ultimate Price are better removal options.

I think you'll need a few more creatures, because you want to hit hard and fast, maybe remove some copies of Senseless Rage and Neglected Heirloom Flip. You'll also want to replenish your hand with all the discard abilities, Tormenting Voice (is actually a madness trigger because your hand stays at +0) and/or Sin Prodder are possibilities.

Thanks for the suggestion Venersis i'll keep the mountain cut in mind but i'm not sure that Senseless Rage is what i'd put in the open slot. I think personally i'd like another rush or outburst, possibly even a 1 of, of Stoneforge Masterwork
