Genju of the Fens
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant Swamp
: Until end of turn, enchanted Swamp becomes a 2/2 black Spirit creature with ": This creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn." It's still a land.
When enchanted Swamp is put into a graveyard, you may return Genju of the Fens from your graveyard to your hand.

You can use double square brackets around a card's name to create a reference link: Genju of the Fens, Baba Lysaga, Night Witch. It's the best way to help make sure everyone understands what's going on in the question.
Yes, this works. Abilities that trigger when something leaves the battlefield ("dies"/"goes to the graveyard" is the most common type) use information from the last moment something was on the battlefield to determine if and how they trigger. This means objects that leave the battlefield at the same time can "see" each other for the purposes of their triggered abilities that care about it. In your example, Genju of the Fens' ability will trigger from the enchanted land going to the graveyard at the same time.

I have playing this deck for a little bit and i'm thinking of putting Wind Zendikon, Genju of the Falls & Genju of the Fens in it. To give my opponents a creatore, for Etrata, the Silencer to exile.

Personally, I'd run Zombie Infestation as extra one with nothing copies. If its worth discarding your hand, its worth running infestation.
Dropping the CMC will do a hell of a lot. Gonti's Machinations in particular is efficient damage that can sit on the field, and Sinister Concoction is also cute, which combined with Seal of Fire points to an 'enchantments matter' list.
Some Genju of the Fens/Genju of the Spires might work, as might Demonic Vigor/Necromancer's Magemark. But thats not where I'm going.
B/G Strength from the Fallen/Wreath of Geists with Stitcher's Supplier.
Commune with the Gods/Kruphix's Insight, Nighthowler/Renowned Weaver, Boneyard Wurm etc. This also gives access to Seal of Primordium in the sideboard.
I envisage it looking something like this- One Challenge.
Mono black deckbuilder's toolbox is my big list of cards which I tend to brew from. feel free to take a look, see if it sparks anything.

I really like the idea of Genju of the Fens in this deck, but I don't think it really gets anything done if Lim-Dul isn't on the board. It's solid when he is in play, maybe even great, but a seven mana commander isn't always going to be around. As for Karn, Silver Golem, I find him very appealing. The deck currently has to make use of some fairly expensive tools if it wants to get rid of artifacts or enchantments as I am obviously in mono black, so the ability to turn all of my kill spells essentially into Putrefy would be very valuable. Personally, I just don't know where he slots in. The only thing I can think of removing for him right now is Unstable Obelisk. Have any other ideas?

I have 2 suggestions for you:
-
1st - Genju of the Fens, this one might seem odd but with Urborg in play you can choose any land you want (you should aim for the good utility lands ofc), then make it a creature, kill it and reanimate it with Lim-Dul's triggered ability, remember it must be a creature when it dies but doesn't need to still be a creature once it is in the graveyard;
-
2nd - Karn, Silver Golem, same reasoning as the previous but for artifacts instead of lands. Steal all the Sol Rings, etc...
Tarzunga on Reanimate lands with Lim-Dul

Need some help with an interaction. I noticed something interesting in Lim-Dul the Necromancer, his ability says "Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, you may pay 1B. If you do, return that card to the battlefield under your control. If it's a creature, it's a Zombie in addition to its other creature types.". The interesting part is where it says that it triggers when a creature dies but then says "return that card" and "if it is a creature" meaning if it stops being a creature when it is on the graveyard it still comes under your control, so I was wondering the following situation. My opponent has a swamp and I enchant it with Genju of the Fens, I pay the 2 mana to make it become a creature and kill it while Lim-Dul is on the battlefield. Now Lim-Dul should trigger because a creature died and I pay the 2 mana to reanimate it, it should work and the land come into my control, correct? Or am I wrong?
Thanks in advance.

With Genju of the Fens and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, you can kill all of the opponent's lands as well.
