My own RDW deck. I prefer this to the popular Rakdos, Naya, and Boros color versions since it's a TON cheaper. I'm looking for ways to make this more effective, but keep in mind this is a budget deck, so please don't suggest fetch lands, shock lands, and other such cards. Maybe in the future I'll add some of those if I want to take this deck to the next level, but for now I just want a deck that'll allow me to participate in my local modern tournaments.

An ideal starting hand would have Vexing Devil, Spark Elemental, Lava Spike, and two lands, because that will often mean I can drop my opponent to 10 life turn 2.
