What do you think of my version of DT Temur? Do you have any ideas/recommendations?

This is my FNM's Deck, last week I had a more budget version of this deck, because every year I prefer playing two different budget decks instead of a solid one, but this year I want to change things by dropping diversity of decks for real chances of winning constantly with a good one, so I bought Torrential Gearhulk, Botanical Sanctum and better counters.

Ive yet to try this deck, but if I was doing good last week, I hope these cards will help to go even better this weekend, I will be updating on a weekly bases with your help's and the actual-testing results.

For me is REALLY important to have a strong sideboard, so for you to judge is effectiveness here are the decks I struggle in my local store meta:
