Working on W/G standard with some of the new FRF cards. I don't like building decks based on a single scenario as it seems to me that they can lose their consistency. So, my deck is based on a general strategy during each phase of the game.

The deck has changed a lot, but the strategy is similar:

First couple of turns will consist of dropping a few solid creatures such as Fleecemane Lion, Warden of the First Tree , or Seeker of the Way .

Turns 3-5 you will primarily be concerned with using Valorous Stance and Feat of Resistance to keep your creatures on the board or remove threats. During this time you want to keep pressing the attack and drop more creatures when able.

Turns 5-6 should be about when you are getting ready to finish the opponent... If you have Ajani Steadfast on the field your creatures should be getting fat. Otherwise, if you have Fleecemane Lion or Warden of the First Tree they have fattened themselves up.

Breakdown of individual cards:

Archetype of Courage - First strike on all of my creatures, but a bit expensive with the 2 white... If it wasn't for the combo with Bow of Nylea I might not include it.

Bow of Nylea - Versatile with multiple abilities and it gives all of your attacking creatures deathtouch... screams to be combo'd with first strike!

Ajani Steadfast - +1/+1's on all of my creatures, uhh YES PLEASE

Banishing Light - Remove threats

Valorous Stance - Remove threats/ Save fatties

Dragonscale General - perfect fit for an aggressive creature focused deck

Feat of Resistance - Protection and +1/+1 ? Tasty

Fleecemane Lion - Only thing stronger is an Island

Seeker of the Way - He be buffin' himself while you're buffin' his friends.

Soldier of the Pantheon - What other creature am I going to put in a white 1cmc spot in a format that is dominated by tricolor decks?

Tuskguard Captain - Tramplin' bitches

Warden of the First Tree - Didn't want any green 1cmc creatures but this thing didn't listen when I said no.

Lands... I hope I don't need to break those down!

Last thoughts:

Basically, if you opponent doesn't have hard removal/counter then you could realistically have 3 creatures with 4-5 power and first strike by turn 5. Best part is that if the game does last past T6 you still have a decent chance to win. That 1/1 Warden you bolstered a few times? Yeah he is a 11/11 monster with lifelink and trample now. Oh yeah, and he doesn't know the meaning of 'no'.

Suggestions

Updates Add

I adjusted the number of some of the cards and I also added:

Bow of Nylea - Goes very well with first strike; fairly versatile

Archetype of Courage - First strike for all of my creatures plus my opponents lose first strike. Powerful combo with Bow of Nylea

I also adjusted the mana by adding 1 and adding in some Mana Confluence. Let me know what you guys think... did I throw off the deck with this update, does it need some minor #'s adjustment, or do you have any other thoughts?

Also, still in the middle of adjusting sideboard and updating description
