Let's get a breakdown of who does what here.

Star-Players

Chief Engineer /Renowned Weaponsmith - Play those artifacts!

Ensoul Artifact - Turn 2 5/5 actually causes rage quits.

Monster swingers

Scuttling Doom Engine - Pretty much the best big artifact, 6/6 with an extra 6 damage on death that's hard to block.

Ugin's Nexus - Playtests show this is great. It's scary, allows for big plays and can be used to draw counterspells out. I managed to get 3 turns in a row at an FNM with this card, that was fun.

Keranos, God of Storms - Good for card advantage and damage, rarely becomes a creature, but he's good enough as is.

Other stuff

Shrapnel Blast - this card combos with Scuttling Doom Engine really well, 6 combat, 5 spell and 6 ability is the best case scenario, worst case you'll always do 6 because of the sac effect. This is really strong.

Ghostfire Blade - cheap and easy to slap onto most of this deck's creatures.

Goblin Rabblemaster - Red aggro always likes goblins, not to mention easier convokes. Still in testing but has potential.

Dig Through Time - You can either play this, your graveyard isn't filled with dead things and you're winning, or it's turn 3. Easy card replacement.

Ensoul Fodder

Ornithopter - Used for convoke, sacing and ensoul. Not much use on its own

Darksteel Citadel - Indestructible 5/5 is good, but it cuts off 1 mana, it should be second priority

Other mainboard spells shouldn't need explaining.

Sideboard

Phyrexian Revoker - Counters decks that are built around one ability, it's very useful and gets side boarded in most games, but I can't justify it in a starting board.

Swan Song - Gotta do something about control, and a 2/2 flyer shouldn't be a problem

Stormbreath Dragon - White causes problems, especially in the form of siege rhinos, this helps solve problems.

Tormod's Crypt - Delve is a problem, here we can ensoul this, and clean up graveyards. Good value in the right matchups.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Renowned Weaponsmith Obviously added 4, this card is a no brainer.

Ugin's Construct - This is a solid card, I think in a lot of situations you'll end up not saccing or saccing a goblin token. Regardless I think this will be a useful addition.

Tormod's Crypt - Whip and delve are getting better, so we need some tech to deal with them. This is a good fit for the deck.

Wild Slash - This may replace Arc Lightning, we'll have to wait and see.
