Concept

I wanted to make a deck that used my Saheeli Rai and Skysovereign, Consul Flagship.
No one in my store is running Mill so I made this a Mill/Vehicle deck.
The basic idea here is to set you opponent up for Fraying Sanity and Fleet Swallower and destroy their library in one big sweep. The rest of the cards are a distraction from the mill.

Win Conditions

This deck has a focus on Mill with Vehicles as support and distraction.

• Fleet Swallower and Fraying Sanity is the primary combo for this deck.
• Smash your opponents with Ovalchase Dragster and Dusk Legion Dreadnought and use Siege Modification to power up and make it crewles!

Tips For Playing

• Forget about attacking and focus on milling your opponents deck.
  
• Ovalchase Dragster is great for quick hits on your opponents.
• Use your Planeswalkers and Vehicles to distract you Opponent until you can get Fleet Swallower out.
• Fraying Sanity can be put out any time as Compelling Argument, Seer of the Last Tomorrow, and Winds of Rebuke will also accelerate mill.
• Fiery Cannonade and Sweltering Suns for token wipe.

Comments and Updates

Please comment and give suggestions on how I can improve this deck. I need ideas on how to make this even better while not spending a ton of money. I know Supreme Will and Abrade are good for this but are expensive cards I cant afford right now.
