Force opponent to make some hard decisions with Pia's Revolution while sacrificing Implement of Combustion and other artifacts. Reduce cost of artifacts with Foundry Inspector. Walking Ballista can be cast for 0 to just trigger Reckless Fireweaver and Pia's Revolution for a minimum of 4 damage. Return graveyard artifacts, particularly Walking Ballista to hand with Scrap Trawler. Fatal Push and Unlicensed Disintegration removes threats. Ravenous Intruder is the sac outlet that can attack in for big damage. Key to the City helps get the Intruder through. With a very low curve, Renegade Map, and plenty of draw options available, you can keep a one land hand and still be in a decent position.

Sideboard: Since it isn't a creature heavy deck, Incendiary Sabotage can be real handy to clear mass threats while not doing much damage to yourself. Hope of Ghirapur can put some early stall on the opponent and it works with Pia's Revolution real well as it is its own sac outlet.

Some Maybeboard considerations include Insult / Injury to double all damage and Destructive Tampering to deal with a troublesome artifact like Aetherworks Marvel or help get Ravenous Intruder through. Glorious End could be really helpful to disrupt your opponent's game-ending turn, giving you one last chance to finish it yourself.
