The idea of the deck is to hit them hard and fast using the synergy between Scrapheap Scrounger and Eternal Scourge: You exile Scourge from the graveyard when recurring Scrounger and then cast Scourge from exile. Use either to crew Heart of Kiran or just swing in with them. Cards like Matter Reshaper work well to cycle through the deck and can be used to recur Scrounger when Scourge is unavailable. Considering everything in the deck is three mana or less, most of the cards will go to the field with Reshaper including Liliana, the Last Hope. Remainder of the deck is basic removal and some card cycling: Unlicensed Disintegration, Grasp of Darkness, Shock, Fatal Push.

I haven't had the opportunity to thoroughly play test the deck but the initial games proved promising. I'm still looking for ideas on how to improve it; send them my way!
