My current "Just for Fun" deck on MTGO. As such, my online collection is considerably less than my physical collection.

Getting Eternal Thirst on a Squelching Leeches or a Nightmare is the main win condition.

Stab Wound is a key card as it drastically slows your opponent down. As well as Asphyxiate and Drown in Sorrow. Drown in Sorrow will likely wipe your side of the board as well but with a Squelching Leeches or Nightmare on the board or in your hand ready to play it really doesn't matter.

The Maybe Board are physical cards within my collection. Turns out I have only two Gray Merchant of Asphodel so I'm thinking Insatiable Harpy , Debilitating Injury or Bile Blight as temporary or permanent replacements.
