basically pretty simple design for building blue devotion. turn one Curse Catcher or dakara mystic. turn 2 Harbinger of the Tides. turn 3 Thassa, then turn 4 multiple options draw spells to regain card advantage or drop Master of Waves. Use tap down and bounce effects to deal with problems and make attackers unblock-able with Thassa.
