And now, to give my semi-competitive affinity deck a silly theme-deck feel...

The Heroes:

Dr. Thomas Light (Chief Engineer): World-renowned scientist, inventor, and engineer, Dr. Light created intelligent mechanical life to aid the world. Unfortunately, his rival, Dr. Wily (Master of Etherium), had too great a Thirst for Knowledge, so he stole Light's inventions and turned them on the world. Now Dr. Light has retrofitted his lab assistant Rock into the super fighting robot, Mega Man! ... But rumor has it that, thanks to his keen intellect and long-reaching Thoughtcasts, Dr. Light has created an even more advanced form of artificial life...

Mega Man (Myr Superion): The world's first fighting robot, Mega Man can adapt to any situation and destroy the forces of Dr. Wily. He often struggles getting to the battlefield, but Dr. Light's patented teleportation technology will help him make the trip.

Proto Man (Arcbound Ravager): This mysterious robot was Dr. Light's first attempt at creating an independent artificial being. Unfortunately, a critical error in his core led him to go rogue for a brief time. Now he aids Mega Man and his friends, using his fallen comrades' power or sacrificing himself to help save the world.

X, the First Reploid (Etched Champion): Dr. Light's greatest creation, X is the first-ever android, a robot capable of thought, choice, and morality. His Dash Boots let him power through enemy lines, and with a Helmet Upgrade (Cranial Plating), he's almost unstoppable.

Roll (Palladium Myr): Mega Man's "sister" robot, Roll is an invaluable assistant to Dr. Light. Without Roll, Mega Man would never be able to face Dr. Wily's evil army of Robot Masters.

Rush (Memnite): Mega Man's faithful robot pet, Rush can use his Rush Coil (Springleaf Drum) to help the fighting robot move quickly and easily through Dr. Wily's fortresses, or he can distract enemy fire to protect the Blue Bomber.

Beat (Ornithopter): A robotic bird partner who can also increase movement speed. It might not be a terrible idea to give him a Helmet Upgrade, too...

Eddie (Signal Pest): Sometimes called Mega Man's personal suitcase, Eddie can carry all sorts of useful items for the Blue Bomber. His items boost the morale of the whole team, and he's often seen carrying a Helmet Upgrade as well. He works well in large groups.

E-Tank (Mox Opal)
