My first version of green devotion utilizing a couple of the new cards from Fate Reforged. Still plan to tweak things around while I test stuff but this is what I initially had in my head. Your typical green devotion base, bunch of mana dorks, hornet queen, etc etc. Cards I'm interested in trying out are Whisperwood Elemental and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, as well as Hooded Hydra for its interaction with the Elemental.

Whisperwood Elemental - Green's version of Goblin Rabblemaster, if left on the field, a constant stream of 2/2's (that have the possibility of being bigger than just that). Being Green Devotion, chances are quite high that our 2/2 Manifests can actually turn face up. Awesome insurance against sweeper effects as well.

Hooded Hydra - I chose this guy over Genesis Hydra in favour of his interaction with Manifest. Paying GG for a 5/5 that also has built in wrath insurance sounds pretty good to me.

Ugin, the Spirit Dragon - Ramping into this guy shouldn't be too much of a problem. Can get rid of annoying token chump blockers for free, or if we really have to, we can wipe the board but still keep anything we may have manifested.

Shamanic Revelation - Something I wanted to test out. It can end up feeling pretty miserable when your board is less than stellar, but could on the other hand give you gas for all the mana you're producing.Definitely need some form of draw engine, but not sure how reliable this could be. That being said, with Whisperwood making Manifest tokens, or perhaps a Hooded Hydra dying and making a bunch of snakes. maybe Shamanic Revelation won't be so hard activate for decent profit. Abzan Beastmaster might be an okay engine as well.

After a little testing, I remembered why I initially stopped playing Green Devotion, which was the lack of a decent draw engine (boy do I miss Garruk, Caller of Beasts) and I'm not really sure if Shamanic Revelation or Abzan Beastmaster are good enough but haven't played enough to be sure yet. Considering splashing either Blue or Black. Blue will give me things like Stubborn Denial for protection and either your straight forward "Draw X cards" spells or perhaps Monastery Siege (Khans). Black would give me access to Read the Bones, Tasigur, the Golden Fang, and removal.

Life's Legacy - I've never been a big fan of this card but its another card draw possibility if I want to stay in mono-green. Best case scenario, using Hooded Hydra to pay for it makes it feel a little less bad to kill one of your own guys.
