Oath of the Gatewatch provided some important cards to enable the combo. Needle Spire and Wandering Fumarole complete the cycle of Person lands and Expedite and Slip Through Space both cantrip and make it easier for Noble Hierarch to connect and get reknown.

I've build mine with a transformative sideboard to help the deck do better against control decks.
