Hi,

Aggro-Midrange-control with a little more control than usual, its a legacy casual proxy (cost is irrelevant for me, I just search optimality on a given thematic)

Thematic:

• Defense (early-mid game) and ressources (for late game see below) from card like Stonecoil Serpent

• Enchant and artifact control through Hopeful Initiate in late game and with Caustic Caterpillar in early game

• Creatures control with the fights mechanism Ulvenwald Tracker in late game and with Dromoka's Command for instant and early game control

• Disruption with the usual Thalia, Guardian of Thraben (early game)

• Late game ressources and protection are built with the abilities of Gavony Township, Mikaeus, the Lunarch and to a lesser extent with Grateful Apparition and Karn's Bastion

• The tutor for various tools if required is Recruiter of the Guard

• Against graveyard decks, there is the very thematic Scavenging Ooze in side.

RQ: The game needs mana and there is enough to make it but do not hesitate to mulligan or the game plan fizzles, Gaea's Cradle is clearly the biggest mana boost in the deck.
