Until you can safely bring out win conditions, the deck revolves around the usage of Oblivion Ring; Lavinia, Azorius Renegade; and Spell Queller, in order to keep 4cmc spells and permanents locked out of the game.

Our options for spell removal first start with the question: Can it be countered? 1. Using Lavinia’s second ability, spells exiled using Spell Queller, are no longer playable anytime he leaves the battlefield. Spells like Teferi’s Time Twist help keep that momentum in removal going. 2. For spells that cannot be countered; we’ll simply use a little stack abuse, by exiling our Spell Queller using Path to Exile, before Spell Queller’s ETB effect resolves.

Teferi’s Time Twist interacts the same way with Oblivion Ring, as it does Spell Queller, in abusing the stack.
