Here's a few other milling strategies:

The first one involves Duskmantle Guildmage 's ability, which will simply causes your opponent to lose life while he is dropping cards, into his graveyard, from his library. Therefore, it takes profit from players attacking each other and accelerate the milling. This way to win is more effective into a multiplayer's game.

The second involves Phenax, God of Deception and some of your strongest creatures. Cards like Wight of Precinct Six , Jace's Phantasm or Consuming Aberration will improve the milling as his graveyard will get bigger. This way to win is effective into a slower game.

Finally, by playing the game with no creatures, excepting Chancellor of the Spires , it allows you to set the game with more milling spells. Every targeting creature spells are going to be useless to your opponent. On the second game, he'll put thoses cards back into his sideboard and then you play all your sideboard to win it by a total loss of life or by milling with Altar of Dementia + Wight of Precinct Six .

Here's a few combo or nice other cards:

Archive Trap + Ghost Quarter is an easier way to mill for free as you destroy target opponent land.

Keening Stone + Traumatize strike opponent's library in one shot. Hinder + Tunnel Vision is another great combo, if played wisely, to totally mill the deck of your opponent.

Shared Trauma can be useful into a multiplayer's game. Mainly with opponents using delve or scavenge's abilities. For sure, it can also become a bad move for you.

I've had newly discovered Startled Awake   and I've not found something interesting to do with it at the moment.
