Darwin was right, evolution is the key to success, or rather, in this case, victory.

Simic Manipulator is your major workhorse in this deck. The 4 Bioshifts plus the other evolve creatures should ensure that you can make him big enough to take whatever you need.

Between Cloudfin Raptor (who frankly puts in more effort than I ever thought it would) and Elusive Krasis , getting damage through when needed should not be a problem. If that fails, you can always kick Glaring Spotlight.

Give / Take is an interesting card here, I'm rarely upset to draw it, but I also almost never use 'Take'. I would not mind 'Give' flavored suggestions that don't require me to leave simic to replace it with.
