This deck contains 1 non-pernament so use [Primal Surge] to put your deck onto the table then use Cyclops of Eternal Fury and Temur Ascendancy to haste it all as they have allredy been put on the battle field.

The primary way to play Primal Surge is with Wildfire Eternal and just deal some combat damage. the second way is with the hideaway lands like Spinerock Knoll then manipulate the top of your library with Riverwise Augur ensuring you can get the coorect card hidden.

Only being able to run 1 copy of primal surge means you need to tutor calls for the inclusion of Tamiyo's Journal and a light clue based sub theme.

Then using cards I own I built the rest of the deck making it very budget costing just under $15 for the core of the deck and the clue cards

Make sure to not mill your self out Temur asendancy or riverwise agurs
