I wanted to create a fun combo Izzet Delver deck which was also budget. With this deck I decided not to focus on Snapcaster (due to the high price) but to use cards with Overload,Burn, Flashback, Evasion and Card-Drawing. I will be using Guttersnipe , Delver of Secrets Flip , Invisible Stalker and Runechanter's Pike to get the damage across. I haven't added Snapcaster Mage , Bonfire of the Damned , Vexing Devil , Steam Vents and Sulfur Falls due to the price as I am trying to keep it budget.
The deck has 25 Instants/Sorceries which means Delver of Secrets Flip will flip very often

Came 4th in Game Day changed around some cards so that the deck runs more smoothly against Reactive Control and Selesnya Populate

I would definitly cut Thought Scour for a better small drop like Unsummon or Blustersquall
