Collected Company is the center and the heart of this deck, it allow you to get an enormous amount of value, especially because of all the 3CMC creatures in this deck.

However we might not always draw it and for that reason we have Bring to Light. This deck uses all 5 colors so playing Bring to Light for 4 isn't that hard and allows us to play Collected Company even if we didn't draw it. Bring to Company!

But to be honest, I actually want to play it more than once because it's such an important and great card. That's why we have Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  , his flipped side allows us to reuse Collected Company or even Bring to Light to go and get some more creatures.

Anafenza, the Foremost, Savage Knuckleblade, Reflector Mage and Mantis Rider speak for themselves, they are all huge value for 3 CMC creatures and can do a lot of work even without company.

Matter Reshaper makes use of the theme of this deck and has a high chance of replacing itself when it dies, because there are 26 targets for his effect in this deck.

Veteran Warleader makes use of the high amount of creatures in this deck and is great with Collected Company . Though he isn't that great when the other creatures are removed, he can really pressure the opponent and fills the deck quite nicely.
