Win conditions:
- Goblin Charbelcher, which does 50 damage after you pull out the Bayou;
- Empty the Warrens, after a bunch of low-cost spells and mana artifacts.
Unlike typical Belcher builds, this one is heavily black and relies on the black rituals and tutors. This allows you to play Duress and Cabal Therapy mainboard. The discard pieces are critical to make it more than the glass-cannon Belcher or storm build that Legacy tends to see.
Aim to win with Goblin Charbelcher but don't be afraid to use Empty the Warrens if it's the easiest path. You'll need to mulligan carefully to have a belcher, warrens, or one tutor in your opening hand.
The deck uses Living Wish and Land Grant. Living Wish doesn't see much play in Legacy but it allows you to easily pull Ancient Tomb turn 1 for a fast Belcher on the same turn or turn 2. Ancient Tomb also helps with the activation cost of belcher if you don't have a LED (Lion's Eye Diamond). Vintage belcher decks will sometimes use Living Wish.
With 4 Infernal Tutors and 2 Spoils of the Vault, you should be able to go off consistently on turn 1, 2, or 3 while getting in a Duress or Cabal therapy for protection.
Against FoW (Force of Will), board in 3 of Autumn Veil or Xantid Swarm. Board out Manamorphose. You can Living Wish for Xantid Swarm in a grindy game if necessary. The deck is still being constructed, so I'm open to any suggestions.
