This Golgari deck wants the game to go long enough to where it can start recurring its threats in the graveyard over and over again until the opponents is unable to do anything proactive. Eternal Witness, Golgari Guildmage, Sheoldred, and Deadbridge Chant all help this happen while Seed Guardian, Brindle Shoat, and Ulvenwald Mysteries give you enough time and defenses to set that up.

Vraska is a very important part of this deck; supplemented with Putrefy and Garruk, Apex Predator, it never runs out of ways dealing with troublesome permanents.

Jarad and Lord of Extinction are part of a two card combo that is a consistent way for this deck to win. It can be searched with Jarad's Order, so everyone knows to pay attention and to keep graveyards to a minimum or make sure the game ends before the Golgari deck ends it.

I love the variety of threats in this deck; Sisters of Stone Death and Doomgape provide interactive and interesting board states and In Garruk's Wake is just one of the most powerful spells in the game.

This deck is pretty straightforward to play, but there are a lot of intricacies and choices every turn that allow you to control what type of game you're going to have. You can be aggressive with your Reaper of the Wilds and Spiritmonger - hoping to kill quickly with Gift of the Diety or try and plan for the long game and kill with a Jarad combo!
