Build up a solid field position, swing with an exalted fatty for a clean victory. Noble Hierarch Accelerates and fixes mana, and provides an additional exalted bonus. Mother of Runes provides excellent defense, as well as avoidance to help your exalted fatty connect. Elspeth essentially provides triple exalted, avoidance, can absorb damage for a turn or 2, and can potentially give you an indestructible board if she sticks around long enough. She also spits out little soldiers if you need extra blockers. All-around good card. Ajani can strengthen your creatures permanently, but he's mainly here for avoidance AND double strike, which is a deadly combination for exalted. Qasali Pridemage takes care of permanents that can potentially lose you the game (like Call to the Grave). He also swings as a 3/3 himself, and provides an additional exalted bonus. Jenara is perhaps the best beater in this deck. At 3cc, she's a solid 3/3 creature, she brings her own avoidance, and she can pump herself if you have any spare mana floating around. Aven Squire can be a mini Jenara himself, swinging as a 2/2 flyer or more, and bringing his own avoidance. He's also a flying chumper. Also, another exalted bonus. Sublime Archangel is an absolute machine. Easily a game winner when you play her, and brings her own avoidance if she stays out long enough to swing. Rafiq provides double strike, which is invaluable when paired with exalted. Swords to Plowshares: cheap, instant spot removal. Get rid of a problem, or just get a blocker out of the way of your exalted fatty. Mana Leak: Insure that your creatures will hit the field safely and stay on the field safely. You can also stop your opponents from introducing their own threats. Finest Hour will almost always win you the game when you play it, so I wish it was priced 1 less, and made a sorcery instead. In many cases, it may be a win-more card, but it's badass so it's staying.
