An angel tribal deck because I could. Lots of tweaking has been done to it over the years to improve its handling. This deck is a bit slow to build up to the juggernaut, but early damage-prevention, defenders, and lifegain hold the line until the necessary mana is available to start summoning angels.

A full playset of Flickering Ward plays well with the Sigil of the Empty Throne to produce lots of extra angel tokens while defending other important creatures. Akroma, Angel of Wrath and the Angelic Arbiter come in as heavy-hitters, and Akroma's Memorial gives all those tokens some added oomph.

Swapped out one Angel's Feather for a Staff of the Sun Magus. Less lifegain in white v. white matches, but the Staff gives me lifegain on most of my land drops as well, which is more lifegain when I'm the only white player at the table.
