I've been trying to make Golgari Command the Dreadhorde work for a bit and it wasn't happening; you definitely need at least blue or white to make it work well. I've messed around with Bolas's Citadel before and it's a lot of fun, so I figured I'd try and tune it up some more.

Basically, the idea is to use the explore package, Bond of Flourishing and Doom Whisperer to filter through your deck until you grab a Bolas's Citadel . Then, use Wildgrowth Walker and explore creatures to make sure you don't lose too much life off of the Citadel for an explosive turn. If you hit a second land drop with Citadel, you can use Bond of Flourishing, Doom Whisperer or an explore creature to remove the land off top.

I'm looking to see what could be added/removed to improve the deck! I'm considering adding in white for The Wanderer , God-Eternal Oketra and Wrath of Kaya, but that would be pretty expensive for the mana base and all that.
