Description needs updating.

Classic Turbofog with a bit of a twist. Firstly, no white. White has traditionally been a key part of Turbofog builds for powerful Fog effects. Instead I am leaning in blue for a bit more control. Also, Hedron Crab appears as a way to speed out wins if I cannot draw out a Planeswalker based victory. I may be playing turbofog but I don't want facing me to be like pulling nails. Maze's End fog seems to be popular right now, but I don't like such a fragile win condition or the awful mana-base it makes you run. Here is the rundown:

Fog spells:Fog - The classic, and the best available in modern. A 4 of is pretty much a requirement to call yourself turbofog.Moonmist - Hope I don't run into any wolves. Clinging Mists - The worst fog effect I am running, but still pretty good. All I expect out of it is fog for 3.AEtherize - Blue's strange fusion of board wipe and fog, it rounds out my mana curve on fogs. With turbofog your opponents are going to be turning everything at you every turn to try to run you out of fogs. When they do you can Aetherize for a turn or two reprieve.

The Turbo:Howling Mine - The classic, and still great. Turbofog is probably the only place outside of EDH that you can play this without fear. It doesn't matter much what your opponent is drawingRites of Flourishing - This card was made for turbofog, I can think of no other place it belongs, and it fits snugly into the build. It also has the up side of making Hedron Crab Terrifying.Mikokoro, Center of the Sea - Its a land, its a Temple Bell, its everything for everyone! (Limit one per player, sorry, no CoDs.)Snapcaster Mage - When you don't have a fog in hand, everyone's best friend snappy can come and pull you through another turn.

Rounding out the lockdown:Beast Within - If your opponent sneaks out a non-creature threat like a planeswalker, or has a creature that scares even turbofog, you can turn it into a cute vanilla elephant. This card is good anywhere, but its even better in turbofog where the token doesn't matter at all.Elixir of Immortality - In the event that my opponent is keeping me from winning as well as I am them, I really don't want to draw myself out.Negate - A bit of counterspell rounds out the control pile. Having the option of stopping anything that isn't a creature that my opponents throw at me is a huge boon from playing blue.

And Win:Hedron Crab - Mana for effect, this may be the best mill spell out there. Only Glimpse the Unthinkable and Archive Trap come close, but the crab will perform far better in a deck that can protect it, plus benefit from multiple land drops a turn. If by some miracle he isn't killed, he will end a game in half the time you would be stuck with otherwise.Jace Beleren - Of all the Jaces, (Other than he-who-shall-not-be-named) I think Classic Beleren is the best fit. He only costs 3, his +2 makes him hard to keep down, the symmetric draw isn't a big deal for turbofog, and his ultimate will either finish off your opponent, or ensure you have the rest of the game on lock anyway.Kiora, the Crashing Wave - Turbofog, the planeswalker. The plus is a one source fog, the minus is a free explore, and the ultimate serves as an excellent way to end a game. The normally slow ultimate is perfectly at home in fog.Tamiyo, the Moon Sage - Its just weird how well blue planeswalkers synergize with fog. Again, we have a microfog plus, a minus that refills our hand and this time an ultimate that assures our opponent will have nothing we cannot answer. For the rest of the game.

Going forward I am considering Isochron Scepter (in my experience, casting it would too often amount to exiling one of my own fogs), Doubling up on any/all of the planeswalkers, and maybe adding more counter magic to the tune of Mana Leak, Voidslime or possibly even Dissolve. I am also up for altering some of the acceleration Font of Mythos seems good, while I see many turbofog decks running Otherworld Atlas but cannot see why.
