This deck basically takes your opponent's staples/bombs and exiles them through extraction effects or Psychic Surgery.

Plenty of discard effects in the deck allow you to extract faster, and potentially allow a turn one removal of very relevant threats.

Ensnaring Bridge/Spellskite/Counterspells give you some longevity and denial. Chalice of the Void is in the list as an emergency option against G1 Burn and Affinity, but should be used with caution against the former due to this deck's reliance on 1 mana spells.

Plenty of removal allows you to keep the board clean and also lets you remove them entirely.

Psychic Surgery is a major player in the deck, as it allows you to stack draws using extraction, lantern, or Ghost Quarter and also can remove threats or combo pieces if you're lucky.

Bitter Ordeal allows you to take multiple threats out simultaneously, and the careful use of Lantern of Insight, Polluted Deltas, and Surgical Extractions will add to its value.

Sadistic Sacrament takes out three cards immediately, but if the game is grinding to a halt allows you to end it then and there.

SB options are really iffy and thrown together, a lot of testing would need to be done to determine the best options.
