Forerunner is fun, though his damage is an optional trigger, when multiple Polyraptors enter due to previous multiple raptors triggering, you can have only 1 of these activate Forerunner’s trigger (though yes, I’m aware he can still only trigger 3 times before death).
He’s primarily there currently as a means of tutoring for a dinosaur card (usually one of the 2 Raptors though also useful if I need a dino for a different purpose).
He used to be the Forerunner of the Empire + Polyraptor + Rite of Passage combo that both makes infinite Polyraptors and beefs them up (and most often Zacama as well) with +1/+1 counters

TypicalTimmy Thank you, I am aware of how the Raptor pair is simply an infinite combo that ends the game rather than an actual win.
I do have Warstorm Surge in the list, though adding Impact Tremors would be nice as well.
Simply due to the price of Purphoros, I’m not looking to buy a second (he’s already in my Omnath deck)
